Les Miz Holy Ground
Well, I went up to the Barbican Theatre IN THE RAIN (ok ok, it was very light rain) before we left for Hampton Court Palace, just because... well, it's Les Miz Holy Ground. Les Miz opened there, and they film part of the Les Miz Stage by Stage video there as well (featuring John Caird! hehe). Really though, this has a very good Shakespeare connection. It is one of the venues of the Royal Shakespeare Company, and as many of you already know, Les Miz as we know it opened as (and still is) an RSC production. Unfortunately, the Barbican is a huge building with lots of passageways connecting it to other buildings, and I couldn't find the exact shot in the Stage by Stage video... Oh well!
::sighs:: Well, there it is, boys and girls, the Barbican Centre/Theatre.
This is inside the Barbican Centre, where you can actually see the Barbican Theatre... Well, you can see part of it on the outside too; they just don't label it so demmed clearly... ::smirks::
