Hapton Court Palace Gardens

The gardens at Hampton Court Palace were absolutely breathtaking... (and no, I don't mean that my allergies started up... for once! hehe)

Part of the Rose Garden...  I had no idea there were so many colours of roses!  But I must say, I do prefer red roses by far... ;-)

A different view...  I especially liked how the buildings filled the background...

I believe this is supposed to be a statue of Ceres, as she is holding flowers and has a lamb near her feet... that and it is in a rose garden... (the same as the one pictured above, btw)  I really don't think it's Persephone either, just because there's no indication of Hades anywhere...

That's part of our group in the same rose garden...  A bunch of us had all somehow ended up together, even though we had gone our separate ways earlier.  We experimented with several different poses that ended up on several different cameras... ;-)

A totally different area of Hampton Court, but I thought this crown was one of the most creative uses of live flora that I have ever seen...

GAHHHHH!!!!!!!  Not ANOTHER picture of me!!!!! ::sigh::  Well, this is the tree I had a huge urge to climb...  Fortunately, my good sense prevailed, and I did not climb it...

A fountain near the tree...  Just behind those trees, I believe, is where the "crown," pictured earlier, is located.

The fountain... from a distance... ;-)

Not entirely sure what area this is, but I think it looks very nice...
